Andy is the founding pastor of Discovery. He leads the pastoral staff, develops leaders, and challenges the church family to make a difference in our community as we grow in grace together.  His vision is to see each believer equipped to transform our culture as we walk out the teaching of Jesus in our daily lives.

Melissa serves Discovery in areas of administration, teaching, and connection. Her desire is to help people experience the transforming power of Jesus as we learn to hear Him personally and corporately and walk with Him on this amazing adventure together.

Alison is passionate about helping people of all ages grow in their relationship with Jesus. She is dedicated to nurturing faith in children, supporting families, and fostering a loving church community. Through discipleship, pastoral care and spiritual direction, she helps people recognize God’s presence in their daily lives. With a heart for spiritual growth and compassionate listening, she seeks to encourage others to experience the love and transforming work of God in every season of life. Cheri passionately works to connect people to the presence of God through worship in our corporate settings, pastoring their hearts as they grow in worship. She oversees a team of people who are devoted to helping the church family experience God in a practical and transformational way.
